Description
Austrian wood carver Maximilian Neukäufler’s iconic Kayak Spoon design—first introduced in 2017—is presented here in beautiful apple wood, distinguished by Max’s rare, hand-carved notch engraving. Taste each bite in a new and unexpected way with a handmade wooden spoon of flowing lines and organic form, an homage to the traditional techniques and analog tools that define the artist’s practice. Sculpted one-of-a-kind especially for our holiday collection, its hand-hewn origins are revealed in every curve, cut, and subtle variation of the wood.
