A copper frying pan is a must-have for perfectionist home cooks, for no other material responds to heat as well as copper. All-Clad’s Copper Core range takes copper a step further and adapts it for modern kitchens. The entire pan, from base to rim, is clad with five layers of metal: 18/10 stainless steel on the outside, two supportive layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and a core of copper, making it induction-compatible. Vented, stay-cool handles ensure a comfortable grip, and curved rims allow easy pouring. The pan also has a high-quality R3 non-stick coating for effortless food release and easy clean-up, as well as up to 30% better scratch resistance. A thin band of exposed copper is visible from the outside, an accent that gives this range its singular look. This pan is not suitable for the dishwasher.
