The blade features a sharp, thin, gently curved edge beneath Isaiah’s beautifully shaped convex bevel geometry, designed for long, precise slicing and carving work. Its striking aesthetic makes it a luxurious choice for table-side cuts and elegant plating in the dining room. That bold, head-turning composition is the result of both the evocative sunburst mosaic damascus pattern of Isaiah’s own design and the handle’s unique construction. Complementing the silken, etched layers of 1084 and 15n20 that define the blade’s finish is a handle of rich ziricote wood, fitted with a collar of Gem Bronze, a rare alloy whose crystalline structure is revealed through careful polishing and etching. Comfortable and natural in hand, the subtly tapered octagonal form and warm, textured grain of the wood create a tool as sculptural as it is functional—a one-of-a-kind work to be admired, used, and passed on as a testament to artistry and craft.
