Netherton Foundry make traditional British iron cookware by hand in Shropshire. This heavy-duty Netherton Foundry Steak Skillet is made from heat-responsive iron that is able to withstand high heat, and is perfect for searing meat, whole fish, or vegetables like a cauliflower steak. Designed with steak lovers in mind, the pan is ideal for achieving a perfect char on ribeyes, sirloins and rumps, along with a beautiful caramelisation. Its 3mm base makes it heavier than the standard frying pans, and less likely to warp on induction if starting with a low heat and gradually increasing. The pan is oven and BBQ-compatible, making it great for starting a larger steak on the stove and finishing it in the oven.
